What kind of appliance is it?
This appliance is a Stainless steel domestic cylinder which comes in both non plumbed and plumbed versions. It varies from 120 litre to 300 litre configurations.
What systems can be installed to?
This appliance is an unvented cylinder which means it be installed in sealed pressurised systems however it can also be retrofitted to older system that are open vented.
How do I service the appliance?
Servicing information is available in the Installation and Servicing Manual. You can download and view this by selecting it from the "available literature" section below.
How do I repair the appliance?
This boiler model is still currently being manufactured and may still be under warranty. Please contact our Service Desk or our Technical helpdesks by
